Bodine Electric Company
Bodine Electric and RoHS
To Our Valued Customers:
RoHS
Bodine Electric Company cares about the environment and has taken the necessary action to ensure that our products don't have an adverse effect on it. Early in 2006, we started manufacturing many of our products in compliance with the European Directive 2002/95/EC on the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS).
By the end of 2006, all but a few of our standard products will be manufactured in compliance with the RoHS directive, and will be marked on the product nameplate as such.
We have identified a small number of Bodine products that will not be converted to RoHS compliant construction. These products are electronic controls. (show models)
Availability of RoHS compliant stock models will be dependent on how quickly we purge our inventory of each model. To find out the status of a specific stock model, please contact your local Bodine MotionPRO sales rep, or our customer service department in Chicago.
